A cozy base in Rome's heart
The moment we stepped in, the elegant ambiance made us feel at home. The location was unbeatable, with major attractions just a stroll away.
While we enjoyed the overall charm, we struggled with the stairs, and the elevator was quite small for the luggage rush during peak hours.

the room was small, and clean but could woudl ve been cleaner, hair on the sink! absolutely unacceptable. to top it off, i never recieved a complimentary bottle of water—what kind of place doesn't think of this? almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t get over these glaringly rude oversights.

the room was super clean and comfy, and we loved the daily housekeeping service. great location too, really close to everything and felt safe walkin around. the lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful, made everything easier for us! also, the small touches like the mini bar were nice for relaxing after a long day.
the bathroom could use some updating since it felt a bit old. also, managing our luggage up the marble stairs was kinda hard and not fun after a long day out.
